Field Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing field marketing team within your territory
• Plan, manage, and execute strategic field marketing initiatives to generate high-quality sales leads
• Oversee the event calendar, including scheduling, logistics, execution, and post-event performance analysis
• Represent exclusive brands at events, retail locations, trade shows, and community engagements
• Serve as a brand ambassador for Jacuzzi Bath Remodel and Skybrook Kitchen products
• Engage with prospective customers through professional, consultative conversations
• Support sales growth by following up on leads and scheduling qualified sales appointments
• Track, analyze, and report event performance to optimize future marketing strategies
• Support new market launches and assist with training and onboarding new team members

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation
• Energetic, outgoing, and confident engaging with diverse audiences
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings and weekends
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally

• Prior leadership or field marketing experience
