We have built a modular software platform that digitizes and optimizes workflows in hospitals using cutting-edge technology to enable doctors and nurses to provide the best possible care.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize high-impact field marketing initiatives aligned with marketing and sales goals
• Design impactful event experiences across online and offline formats for healthcare decision-makers
• Work with commercial and services partners to co-create and execute field marketing initiatives such as joint events and co-branded campaigns
• Ensure structured follow-up and ROI tracking by coordinating post-event actions with Sales

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Event Management, Marketing, or related field, or vocational training in a high-performance B2B marketing/event agency
• Proven experience in a similar marketing role, ideally in a top-tier agency, scale-up, or SaaS environment
• Highly structured, hands-on, and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Experience with virtual event tools and video conferencing
• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
