Field Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute regional field marketing events including meetups, dinners, roundtables, and developer-focused gatherings
• Manage Aikido’s presence at major industry conferences and security events such as Black Hat and RSA
• Drive pipeline generation by collaborating with sales teams on account-based marketing (ABM) and event follow-up
• Build community presence by partnering with developer ecosystems, startup hubs, and security meetups
• Collaborate with Account Executives and partnership teams to identify target accounts and support joint campaigns
• Translate field experiences and event outcomes into brand content and social engagement

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or community marketing
• Proven experience supporting B2B SaaS, developer tools, or cybersecurity products
• Expertise in managing events from initial concept through to execution and post-event conversion
• Strong ability to collaborate with sales teams to drive pipeline-focused marketing programs
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Highly organized and proactive approach to project management

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in developer tooling, DevOps, or cybersecurity sectors
• Existing relationships within the Bay Area startup or developer communities
• Experience designing and running events specifically for technical audiences
