Field Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute regional field marketing events including meetups, dinners, roundtables, and developer gatherings
• Manage Aikido’s presence at major industry conferences and security events such as Black Hat and RSA
• Partner with the sales team to create events that generate qualified pipeline and support account-based marketing campaigns
• Build community presence by partnering with developer communities, startup hubs, and security meetups
• Collaborate with Account Executives and partnership teams to identify target accounts and support joint campaigns
• Track event performance and ensure strong follow-up and conversion to drive measurable impact

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or community marketing
• Experience supporting B2B SaaS, developer tools, or cybersecurity products
• Proven ability to manage events from initial concept through to execution
• Strong collaboration skills with sales teams and experience with pipeline-driven marketing programs
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, organized, and proactive manner within a startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in developer tooling, DevOps, or cybersecurity
• Existing relationships within the Bay Area startup or developer community
• Experience running events specifically tailored for technical audiences
