Field Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage Addepar’s annual industry events calendar, evaluating conferences and trade shows based on audience fit and strategic priorities
• Define clear objectives and success metrics for each activation to ensure business impact on pipeline and brand visibility
• Own end-to-end design and execution of booth experiences, including floor layout, messaging, demo flow, and staffing
• Partner with Product Marketing to ensure all event materials and demos are current and relevant to specific audience segments
• Coordinate internal GTM and Sales teams for event participation, providing briefing materials and post-event debriefs
• Manage all event logistics, including vendor coordination, shipping, setup, teardown, and budget compliance
• Oversee lead capture and follow-up processes to ensure seamless handoff to Sales
• Execute webinar and virtual event logistics using platforms like ON24

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or a closely related B2B marketing role
• Demonstrated experience managing trade show and conference presence end-to-end
• Proven track record of managing event budgets and reporting performance against ROI and pipeline metrics
• Experience in fintech, wealth management, financial services, or enterprise SaaS

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of SFDC, Marketo, or On24
• Experience managing both large-scale national conferences and targeted regional activations
