About the role
Responsibilities
- Partner with dealers and internal stakeholders to develop and execute data-driven marketing programs that generate demand and increase conversion rates.
- Collaborate with dealer sales and marketing stakeholders to build annual marketing plans aligned with regional commercial priorities.
- Use marketing performance data to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on digital marketing, CRM systems, and demand generation strategies to support dealer adoption.
- Provide consultative guidance and coaching to dealers to strengthen marketing capabilities and connect activities to business results.
- Influence cross-functional stakeholders, including Sales, Parts & Service, and Financing, to support integrated go-to-market strategies.
- Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitive activity to inform regional marketing recommendations.
- Travel as needed to support dealer engagement, training, and program execution (approximately 50% or more).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of marketing experience, OR
- Master's degree and at least 3 years of marketing experience, OR
- At least 8 years of marketing experience.
- At least 1 year of lead experience.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with dealer networks, channel partners, or similar partner-based business models.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and enable stakeholders or partners without direct authority.
- Experience using data and insights to inform marketing strategies and drive business decisions.
- Experience supporting or leading the adoption of new tools, processes, or ways of working.
