Field Marketing Executive

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute events including dealer meetings, trade fairs, open days, and truck tours.
• Provide product demonstrations, advice, and training to dealers and professional end-users to drive sales of electric tools, accessories, and storage solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and acquire new customers within the assigned region.
• Manage the rollout of new concepts and oversee the presentation of Milwaukee displays in professional hardware stores.
• Monitor market trends and developments, reporting insights to the Sales Manager to align marketing and product development.
• Visit end-users in the field alongside dealers upon request.

Requirements

• Must reside in the Amersfoort, Almere, Apeldoorn, or surrounding areas (working area is primarily north of the A12).
• Proven experience in delivering product demonstrations and training.
• Fluent in both Dutch and English (written and verbal).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build long-term professional relationships.
• A proactive, "no-nonsense" attitude with a team-player mindset.
• Flexibility regarding working hours and assisting colleagues.

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical background in the construction or installation industry.
• Strong affinity for power tools and cordless technology.
