Field Marketing Director

Responsibilities

• Lead regional field marketing strategy and execution across the North East and Canada to drive pipeline and revenue.
• Own the end-to-end regional field marketing plan and calendar, aligning programs with sales priorities.
• Serve as the central owner for all regional events, including trade shows, executive dinners, and third-party sponsorships.
• Partner closely with Regional Sales VPs to align marketing initiatives with account priorities and territory plans.
• Collaborate with Demand Generation and Product Marketing to execute integrated, omni-channel campaigns.
• Track and analyze key performance metrics such as pipeline generation, influence, and ROI to optimize strategy.
• Support customer advocacy by securing customer participation in events and developing case studies.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of B2B marketing experience, specifically within enterprise software or technology.
• Proven track record of building field marketing plans that drive measurable revenue impact.
• Deep expertise in event management, including large-scale trade shows and executive programs.
• Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and account-based marketing (ABM).
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and sales leadership.
• Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decision-making and budget allocation.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
