Responsibilities

• Build and own the India events plan including field events, executive roundtables, and industry conferences
• Partner with India sales to create integrated demand gen strategy around events to drive qualified meetings
• Align sales and BDR teams on follow-up strategy and handoffs to ensure engagement converts to opportunities
• Manage India field marketing budgets, forecasting, and vendor negotiations
• Define and track success metrics including registrations, attendance, and pipeline attribution in CRM
• Act as the key point of contact for APAC stakeholders, including the India regional VP of Sales

Requirements

• 12+ years of professional B2B Marketing Strategy experience
• Deep ownership of in-person events and field marketing programs in India
• Expert understanding of India enterprise buyer journeys and regional tech marketing channels
• Experience running complex event programs end-to-end and influencing senior stakeholders
• Proven track record in ABM and digital campaign integration
• Strong program management skills covering budgets, timelines, and vendor management
• Ability to travel across India up to 25–35% for events

Preferred Qualifications

• SaaS or enterprise technology marketing experience
• Familiarity with long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder buying committees
