Field Marketing Consultant

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth across the India region.
• Design and implement targeted B2B marketing campaigns and activities tailored to specific audience segments.
• Partner with APJC marketing teams, sales, and product groups to deliver integrated marketing solutions.
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and the competitive landscape to identify new growth opportunities.
• Continuously refine marketing tactics and optimize campaign performance to enhance ROI.
• Provide regular performance updates, data-driven insights, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

• 15+ years of relevant experience in B2B marketing, with a proven track record in demand generation and campaign management.
• Expertise in large-format event management and strategic campaign design.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Critical thinking and advanced problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders.
