Responsibilities

  • Own and execute field marketing programs to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline
  • Partner with Sales to identify opportunities and build account-focused campaigns
  • Plan and execute events including conferences, trade shows, executive dinners, and webinars
  • Develop compelling experiences that resonate with engineering leaders and technical decision-makers
  • Work cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
  • Measure and report on program performance, pipeline impact, and ROI
  • Build relationships with customers, partners, and industry communities
  • Experiment with new event formats and technologies to scale efforts

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or demand generation
  • Proven track record of executing programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Experience aligning marketing efforts with Sales territory and account goals
  • Excellent communication skills for both technical and business audiences
  • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking program performance
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience marketing to engineering leaders, DevOps, or technical buyers
  • Background in B2B SaaS, developer tools, or cloud infrastructure
  • Experience building or scaling a field marketing function at an early-stage startup
  • Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies
  • Proficiency using AI and new technologies to improve efficiency
