Field Marketer

About the Company

Runlayer is a platform for MCPs, Skills, and Agents, providing purpose-built security, fine-grained governance, and complete observability for enterprises adopting AI. Having recently raised a $30M Series A, the team is scaling rapidly to help organizations deploy AI agents safely.

Responsibilities

• Own the field calendar end to end, including conference selection, budget allocation, and sponsorship negotiation
• Run intimate events such as executive dinners and CISO roundtables
• Partner with AEs and BDRs on target account lists, pre-event outreach, and on-site meeting orchestration
• Close the loop on pipeline through follow-up sequences and attribution reporting
• Execute on-site presence, including booth management, collateral, and swag
• Build the field motion from scratch alongside the VP of Marketing and sales team

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in field marketing
• Proven track record of partnering with sales to drive pipeline
• Extremely organized with ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
• Strong ecosystem instinct regarding AI infrastructure and security buyer behavior
• Active use of AI tools within marketing workflows
• Founding mindset with a desire to build processes from scratch
• Ability to travel up to 40% for events and customer engagements

Preferred Qualifications

• AI-native and infra-literate with the ability to communicate with engineers
• Experience marketing technical or security products to engineering and security buyers
• Familiarity with the MCP and AI agents space
