Field Market Access Modeller Specialist

Responsibilities

• Build, adapt, and validate health economic models (e.g., CUA, BIM, cost-effectiveness) using Microsoft Excel
• Perform sensitivity and scenario analyses to support regional and hospital access and tender strategies
• Translate clinical and economic data into clear and transparent value dossiers
• Adapt global HEOR models and value narratives to meet Italian national, regional, and local needs
• Support regional and local market access activities, including dossier submissions and institutional discussions
• Collaborate with Medical, Marketing, and Sales teams to present evidence to external stakeholders

Requirements

• Master’s degree (or higher) in Health Economics, Pharmacoeconomics, or a related field
• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in health economic modelling and HEOR
• Strong knowledge of the Italian healthcare system and regional access processes
• Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical and communication abilities
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
