Field Manager - Rural

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and market penetration within assigned rural territories
• Manage field sales operations to meet business unit objectives for GG India
• Build and maintain strong relationships with rural healthcare providers and stakeholders
• Execute field sales strategies to increase product availability and brand awareness

Requirements

• 1-3 years of professional experience in sales or field management
• Proven ability to work effectively in rural market environments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work on-site and travel within the assigned territory
