Field Manager (Pest Control)

Responsibilities

• Lead a customer-centric team to deliver detailed inspections and quality service
• Train and supervise team members in the application of pesticides, baits, and traps
• Ensure compliance with all state regulatory requirements and safety guidelines
• Maintain detailed records of services, products used, and treatment outcomes
• Manage inventory levels of pest control products and equipment
• Oversee maintenance of pest control equipment and company vehicles
• Address customer inquiries and complaints to ensure high satisfaction levels
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in work environments and facilities

Requirements

• Ability to lead, motivate, and empower a team to exceed goals
• Proficiency in pest control practices, regulations, and safety standards
• Demonstrated experience supervising teams within the pest control industry
• Valid, clean driver's license
• State certification in pest control
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and bending
• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 years of management experience
• 3 years of pest control experience
• Certified Operator in the State of OH
