Field Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage volume installation and construction projects within the South West territory
• Communicate and coordinate with stakeholders including owners, architects, consultants, and subcontractors
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget by monitoring teams and subcontractors
• Mitigate safety, ethics, and quality risks while managing government and legal requirements
• Drive customer satisfaction, engineering support, and improved profitability
• Train and monitor the safety, quality, and operations of subcontractors to ensure standard service delivery

Requirements

• Experience in the elevator or building trades
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment
• Self-reliant with strong computer, organizational, and business acumen skills
• NVQ level 3 in Lift Installation and Commissioning or Service and repairs is preferred but not essential
