Field Management Senior Manager

Responsibilities

• Establish operational objectives and work plans, delegating assignments to subordinate managers.
• Oversee project administration during the construction cycle, including technical, financial, and client satisfaction aspects.
• Lead the development, coordination, and execution of planning, design, and construction management activities.
• Implement strategic policies and select appropriate methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to achieve results.
• Communicate progress, risks, and key decisions clearly to all project stakeholders.
• Manage complex MEP scopes to ensure they are delivered safely, on time, on budget, and to specification.

Requirements

• BS in Engineering or Construction Management with 10+ years of relevant MEP experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams and contractors on complex construction builds.
• Expertise in managing the full project lifecycle, including pre-construction, procurement, construction, testing, and turnover.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work on-site in an active construction environment, including climbing ladders and navigating various terrain.

Preferred Qualifications

• Specialized experience in aviation/airports, mission-critical/datacenters, sports/arenas, or higher education sectors.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and executive reporting skills.
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar programs.
