Field Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site maintenance and technical support for Tulsa operations
• Perform inspections, diagnostics, troubleshooting, testing, repairs, and servicing on drones and support systems
• Carry out routine and non-routine maintenance in accordance with approved procedures and safety standards
• Diagnose faults and determine effective, safe, and compliant solutions
• Repair or replace aircraft components, assemblies, and support equipment
• Manage on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and system testing
• Produce clear and detailed service, inspection, and maintenance reports
• Document maintenance activity, processes, findings, and protocols accurately
• Collaborate with Engineering, Flight Operations, Quality, and Manufacturing teams
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized maintenance environment

Requirements

• Current FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certificate
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on technical ability
• Proven troubleshooting and diagnostic capability
• Ability to read and follow technical documentation and safety procedures
• Valid driver’s license with ability to travel locally or regionally
• Legal authorization to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with unmanned aircraft systems (UAS), drones, or robotics
• Experience with avionics, propulsion systems, batteries, or sensors
• Experience in high-tempo aviation, manufacturing, MRO, or field operations
