About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for computers, printers, POS systems, and communication equipment across various client branches
- Perform software and hardware troubleshooting and incident diagnosis
- Handle email configuration, data backups, and information migration
- Execute OS installations, domain joining, and system imaging
- Perform hardware repairs on computers, monitors, and printers, including hard drive replacements
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on IT equipment
- Manage and resolve technical tickets with a strong service-oriented attitude
Requirements
- Technical degree in systems, informatics, or a related field
- At least one year of experience providing field technical support
- Proficiency in hardware and software troubleshooting
- Experience with OS installation, domain joining, and system imaging
- Knowledge of networking and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work on-site in Pinotepa Nacional, Oaxaca or Saltillo, Coahuila
- Excellent user service and communication skills
