Field IT Support Technician

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for computers, printers, POS systems, and communication equipment across various client branches
• Perform software and hardware troubleshooting and incident diagnosis
• Handle email configuration, data backups, and information migration
• Execute OS installations, domain joining, and system imaging
• Perform hardware repairs on computers, monitors, and printers, including hard drive replacements
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on IT equipment
• Manage and resolve technical tickets with a strong service-oriented attitude

Requirements

• Technical degree in systems, informatics, or a related field
• At least one year of experience providing field technical support
• Proficiency in hardware and software troubleshooting
• Experience with OS installation, domain joining, and system imaging
• Knowledge of networking and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work on-site in Pinotepa Nacional, Oaxaca or Saltillo, Coahuila
• Excellent user service and communication skills
