Field Inventory Analyst I

Responsibilities

• Manage and reconcile inventory across consignment locations, Sales Representative Assigned Inventory (SRAI), and loaner kits to maintain high accuracy.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Process and validate inventory transactions including shipments, usage reporting, replenishments, and returns within SAP S/4HANA.
• Monitor and manage expired, short-dated, excess, obsolete, and recalled inventory to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Partner with Sales teams to ensure product availability for scheduled procedures and coordinate urgent replenishment activities.
• Generate and analyze inventory performance metrics such as turns, utilization, and aging to provide actionable insights.
• Support internal and external audits by maintaining accurate records and ensuring full traceability of medical devices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory management, supply chain, operations, or logistics.
• Experience utilizing enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems in a business environment.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to identify trends and develop recommendations from large datasets.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the medical device, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industries.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP platforms.
• Knowledge of medical device traceability and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Experience supporting consignment inventory, field inventory, or loaner programs.
