Field Integration Technician

Responsibilities

• Commission and integrate customer 5G and 4G/LTE on Nokia, Samsung, or Ericsson equipment at cell sites.
• Perform installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and testing for New Site Builds (NSB), Carrier Adds, and indoor systems.
• Load software and scripts to perform configurations as directed by the Remote Integration Center.
• Coordinate with construction crews and remote teams to resolve troubleshooting issues.
• Log detailed daily activities and deliver End of Day and Site Completion Reports.
• Maintain high standards of safety and quality control in all field operations.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED.
• 2-5 years of 5G, 4G/LTE, CDMA, and/or UMTS integration experience.
• At least 1 year of Samsung OEM equipment integration experience.
• Ability to lift 50lbs or more and work in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel (local and regional).
• Ability to pass a DOT physical, background check, and drug/alcohol testing.

Preferred Qualifications

• Recent experience providing systems support to Verizon, AT&T, or T-Mobile.
• Experience with Test & Turn-up processes and troubleshooting network systems.
• Proficiency working with Fiber, RF, Electrical, and CAT5/6 technologies.
• 2 years of experience working specifically in a cell site environment.
• Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
