Field Installation Engineer

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare technical documents, including SWPs, instructions, and assembly devices
• Ensure compliance with technical procedures and project schedules
• Provide specifications for necessary tools and equipment
• Evaluate technical specifications and report any deviations
• Lead installation reviews and technical meetings
• Develop cost-effective and high-quality solutions for field applications
• Conduct technical field visits for surveys and onsite support
• Support field teams in technical risk assessment and non-conformity resolution
• Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation processes

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Naval Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Hydropower (Hydro) projects
• Proficiency in CAD software, specifically Inventor and AutoCAD
• Strong knowledge of turbines, generators, and auxiliary systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
