Field HSE Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with workplace Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations in line with Company HSE Management Systems and ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 standards
• Support Project Managers and Construction Managers in the implementation, update, and enforcement of HSE documentation (PSC, POS, DVR, DSS, DUVRI)
• Perform regular site inspections and supervise Contractor HSE activities
• Verify safety equipment and promote HSE training and awareness initiatives
• Investigate accidents and incidents, monitor corrective actions, and report HSE data
• Manage HSE activities throughout the project lifecycle and act as an interface with the CSE to ensure legal and Company alignment
• Manage and support a team of HSE Coordinators and Advisors (ASPP)

Requirements

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science
• Minimum of 7 years of experience as an HSE technician
• At least 2 years of experience as an HSE Manager specifically within the Oil and Gas sector
• Mandatory RSPP training (ateco 4 or 5)
• ISO 45001 and/or ISO 14001 Team Leader certification
• Fluency in Italian (mother tongue) and English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

• Tap Root or RCA training
• IOGP or NEBOSH IGC certification
