Field HSE Lead

Responsibilities

• Implement HSE management systems at site according to Saipem, Company, IOGP, and ISO guidelines
• Act as the HSE focal point for the site, managing all HSE issues and subcontractor compliance
• Develop, lead, and manage a field team of 4 HSE officers
• Provide expert HSE support and advice to project and site management
• Lead accident and incident investigations
• Establish and implement HSE monitoring and audit programs
• Lead Risk Management processes including HAZOP, HAZID, and Risk Assessments
• Interface with clients, subcontractors, and authorities
• Develop emergency response plans for identified potential events
• Support the onsite environmental management team

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HSE Manager, preferably working with international oil and gas standards
• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification
• ISO 45001 Lead Auditor certification
• Strong knowledge of CDM regulations and UK Legislation
• Must reside in the UK and possess full, permanent UK right-to-work status (no sponsorship available)
