Field HR Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary onsite HR partner for project leadership and employees
• Manage day-to-day HR operations for the project site
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, investigations, and conflict resolution
• Support workforce planning, staffing coordination, onboarding, and employee retention
• Partner with field leadership to maintain a positive and productive work environment
• Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and project-specific requirements
• Coordinate with recruiting, payroll, safety, and corporate HR teams
• Support employee engagement and morale initiatives
• Travel and remain onsite for extended periods as required by project demands

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of HR experience supporting construction, industrial, or manufacturing environments
• Proven experience managing HR functions in an onsite operational setting
• Strong employee relations and conflict resolution skills
• Working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence field leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
