Field HR Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR inquiries and issues.
• Manage HR functions including employee changes, special pay, leave requests, and separations.
• Plan and conduct new hire and transfer orientation and onboarding processes.
• Oversee the performance management process, including evaluations and development plans.
• Manage staffing plans to ensure project sites are adequately staffed with qualified personnel.
• Partner with operations to identify training needs and maintain a project-wide training calendar.
• Ensure all new hire paperwork, I-9 documentation, and project-specific requirements are accurately completed and maintained.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional work experience.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience with knowledge of multiple HR disciplines.
• Ability to work onsite at project locations (potential assignments include TX, WV, GA, or OH).
• Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and high attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate and interact effectively in a professional team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Experience within the construction industry.
• Previous experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or HR Generalist.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
