Field Healthcare Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Design and implement healthcare programs to address patient needs and improve care delivery
• Oversee multiple projects to ensure completion on time, within budget, and to required standards
• Develop and manage program budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, administrators, and outside agencies for program execution
• Track and evaluate program performance using key metrics and data analysis
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and healthcare laws
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with program implementation and operation
• Prepare and present reports on program progress, outcomes, and financial status to stakeholders
• Lead and support program staff and supporting managers
• Collaborate with the Clinical Director and Nurse Manager to establish high-quality standards of care
• Monitor contracted on-site services and ensure compliance with contract requirements
• Administer policies related to staffing, training, clinical services, and quality assurance

Requirements

• Minimum of eight years of experience in program management or equivalent healthcare experience
• Master's Degree in a relevant healthcare field of study
• American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Ability to respond 24/7 to staff for consultation
• Knowledge of healthcare delivery systems and special population groups
• Ability to work in a hazardous-duty, stressful, and austere environment
• Must be a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted for permanent residence
• Ability to pass a thorough background investigation and obtain security clearances

Preferred Qualifications

• Correctional Health experience
• Proficiency in Spanish
