Field Forklift Mechanic/Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform servicing and repair of material handling equipment within a dedicated territory
• Conduct scheduled maintenance, safety checks, and function checks
• Manage daily work schedules using mobile technology
• Maintain inventory on company-allocated service vans and customer sites
• Perform reactive and planned routine maintenance
• Accurately maintain service records and technical notes
• Assist in the preparation of field-based quotes for customers
• Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge regarding automation and telematics

Requirements

• Mechanically minded individual
• Ability to work in a field-based role
• Willingness to undergo an 8-week onboarding and training program
• Ability to provide high-level customer service
