Field Forklift Mechanic/Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform servicing and repair of material handling equipment within a dedicated territory
• Conduct routine maintenance, scheduled services, and reactive breakdown repairs
• Use mobile technology to manage daily work schedules and service records
• Manage inventory on company-allocated service vans and customer sites
• Assist in the preparation of field-based quotes for customers
• Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge regarding automation and telematics
• Partner with the company to maximize additional sales and service opportunities

Requirements

• Mechanically minded individual
• Ability to perform scheduled maintenance and safety/function checks
• Willingness to undergo an initial 8-week onboarding and training program
• Ability to maintain accurate service records and technical notes
