Field Forklift Mechanic/Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Carry out scheduled servicing, safety checks and repairs on industry-leading equipment
• Respond quickly to breakdowns to minimize customer downtime
• Manage daily tasks efficiently using mobile field technology
• Maintain a fully stocked service van and accurate service records
• Perform planned and reactive maintenance to ensure peak equipment performance

Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude with strong fault-finding skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Previous experience as a service technician or forklift mechanic is highly regarded but not essential
