About the role
Responsibilities
- Complete a 4-8 week industry leading training program
- Carry out scheduled servicing, safety checks and repairs of equipment in a dedicated territory
- Perform planned and reactive maintenance, responding quickly to breakdowns
- Manage daily work schedule efficiently using field based mobile technology
- Accurately maintain service records of work performed
- Maintain a fully stocked service van
- Provide high level customer service to help customers solve material handling needs
Requirements
- Mechanical aptitude and interest in fault finding
- Ability to work independently while being part of a supportive team
- Strong communication and customer service skills
