Responsibilities

• Complete specific field tasks on behalf of Mainstay customers
• Perform property walk-thrus and weekly property checks
• Conduct home visits and vendor meetings
• Execute contract to close tasks
• Manage property-related tasks such as lockbox installs

Requirements

• Active real estate license
• Experience in real estate transactions
• Reliable transportation for property-related tasks
• Access to a smartphone and computer
• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM, G-Suite, Slack, and MacOS
• Ability to complete tasks on time with high attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in iBuying or transaction coordination
