Responsibilities
- Complete specific field tasks on behalf of Mainstay customers
- Perform property walk-thrus and weekly property checks
- Conduct home visits and vendor meetings
- Execute contract to close tasks
- Manage documentation and task completion independently
Requirements
- Active real estate license in the state of operation
- Experience in real estate transactions
- Reliable transportation for property-related tasks
- Access to a smartphone and computer
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM, G-Suite, Slack, and MacOS
- Ability to live in proximity to designated metro areas in TX, FL, AZ, NC, CA, AL, GA, OH, NV, or TN
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in iBuying or transaction coordination
