Field Finance Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Support US Structural Heart Commercial, FP&A, and Sales Operations teams to meet sales, growth, and margin targets
• Serve as a business advisor and internal consultant to Area Vice Presidents and Regional Sales Directors
• Develop and roll out sales team quotas, organizational structures, and customer account alignments
• Provide business intelligence through data modeling, resource tracking, and KPI reporting
• Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and track monthly scorecard metrics
• Develop field revenue forecasts incorporating historic, trended, and current business information
• Partner with marketing and commercial excellence teams to incorporate external market data into sales recommendations
• Support the FP&A organization by providing field insights for annual planning and best estimates

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 4+ years of professional experience in sales/commercial-focused FP&A, sales operations, or sales strategy
• Strong quantitative and data analytics skills with the ability to translate trends into actionable insights
• Extensive experience with various information systems and the ability to extract data on an ad-hoc basis
• Demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to travel approximately 15%

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional experience in the Medical Device or Medical Technology industry
• Experience with PowerBI or similar data visualization systems
• Experience working within a broad enterprise or cross-division business unit model
