Field Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic insights to support the Structural Heart division
• Perform financial statement analysis, pricing analysis, and Gross Margin/COGS analysis
• Prepare and review requests for capital expenditures and purchase orders
• Manage profit plan preparation, long-range planning, and resource allocation/headcount planning
• Conduct balance sheet reconciliations, cash flow analysis, and ensure compliance with internal controls
• Collaborate across divisions to present recommendations and actionable insights to leadership
• Support supply chain and global demand analytics

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 7+ years of professional experience in FP&A, sales operations, sales strategy, or a related commercial-focused field
• Strong quantitative skills with expertise in data management, gathering, and analytics
• Proven ability to extract trends from complex data and translate them into actionable business insights
• Extensive experience working with various information systems to extract ad-hoc data
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to travel approximately 15%

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional experience within the Medical Device or Technology industry
• Proficiency with PowerBI or similar data visualization systems
• Experience working within a broad enterprise or cross-division business unit model
