Field Facilitator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement project activities within the assigned area of operation.
• Support Project Officers and Program Managers in planning, monitoring, and evaluating approved activities.
• Ensure all program implementations comply with donor requirements and World Vision accountability standards.
• Engage and coordinate with Local Government Units (LGUs), local authorities, and key stakeholders to ensure interventions reach the appropriate populations.
• Perform data collection and other administrative tasks as requested by project leadership.

Requirements

• Degree in Community Development, Public Health, or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in field operations or project operations.
• Strong organizational, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to engage effectively with local communities, partners, and government authorities.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Fluency in the local language of the assigned region.
