About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and implement project activities within the assigned area of operation.
- Support Project Officers and Program Managers in planning, monitoring, and evaluating approved activities.
- Ensure all program implementations comply with donor requirements and World Vision accountability standards.
- Engage and coordinate with Local Government Units (LGUs), local authorities, and key stakeholders to ensure interventions reach the appropriate populations.
- Perform data collection and other administrative tasks as requested by project leadership.
Requirements
- Degree in Community Development, Public Health, or a related field.
- At least two years of experience in field operations or project operations.
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to engage effectively with local communities, partners, and government authorities.
- Proficiency in computer applications.
- Fluency in the local language of the assigned region.
