Field Executive-Service

Responsibilities

• Carry out regular maintenance and service visits for a portfolio of 100–120 elevator and escalator units
• Respond proactively to breakdowns and perform troubleshooting to achieve first-time fixes
• Perform minor repairs to ensure continual equipment operation and reduce callback frequency
• Monitor equipment and manage repair schedules within a defined geographical territory
• Comply with all FPA and EH&S safety standards to ensure passenger and stakeholder safety
• Build and maintain strong rapport with customers while on-site
• Identify and report potential service or technical orders

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical engineering
• 2-4 years of experience within the elevator industry
• Strong troubleshooting and technical repair skills
• Ability to build professional customer rapport
