Field Executive Service

Responsibilities

• Handle call backs, breakdowns, minor repairs, and troubleshooting for elevator and escalator services
• Attend to customer complaints and ensure timely rectification
• Maintain 5S standards at all assigned sites
• Manage daily upkeep of maintenance data
• Close PCR (Pink Copy Return) of audits within 60 days of issue
• Adhere to EH&S and Ethics guidelines at all times

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
• 3 to 6 years of experience in elevator maintenance
• Strong troubleshooting and technical skills
• Knowledge of 5S maintenance principles
