Field Executive Service

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance and service visits for a portfolio of elevator and escalator units within a defined territory
• Respond proactively to breakdowns to achieve first-time fixes and ensure passenger safety
• Perform minor repairs to maintain continual operation of equipment
• Liaise directly with customers on-site to build and maintain strong working relationships
• Manage a specific geographical area to ensure all units are serviced according to schedule

Requirements

• Proven experience working within the elevator sector
• Strong technical skills in electricity and electrical engineering
• Valid driver's license
• Proficiency in using electronic and digital tools
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team with a strong commitment to safety
