Field Executive Service

Responsibilities

• Handle call backs, breakdowns, minor repairs, and troubleshooting
• Perform 100% code maintenance for assigned routes
• Attend to customer complaints and ensure timely rectification
• Maintain 5S standards at all sites
• Adhere strictly to EH&S guidelines and safety norms for equipment and end users
• Close service orders on time
• Generate leads to support business growth

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical or Electronics engineering
• 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in the elevator industry
• Proven background in elevator service and maintenance
