About the role

Responsibilities

  • Carry out regular maintenance and service visits for a portfolio of 100–120 elevator and escalator units within the assigned territory.
  • Respond proactively to breakdowns and perform troubleshooting to achieve first-time fixes.
  • Perform minor repairs to ensure continual equipment operation and reduce callback frequency.
  • Monitor equipment performance and manage repair schedules effectively.
  • Comply with all FPA and EH&S safety standards to ensure passenger and stakeholder safety.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships and rapport with customers on-site.
  • Identify and report potential service or repair orders.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical engineering.
  • 2–4 years of professional experience within the elevator industry.
  • Strong troubleshooting and technical repair skills.
  • Proven ability to build customer rapport and manage client relationships.
