About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits to clients for payment collection and follow-ups
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding dues as per company policies
- Maintain accurate records of collections and customer interactions
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients
- Coordinate with internal sales and accounts teams for payment tracking
- Handle basic documentation related to collections and receipts
- Report daily and weekly collection status to management
Requirements
- Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
- Bachelor's Degree (mandatory)
- Fluent in Hindi and English
- Willingness to perform extensive field work
- Basic understanding of payment processes and documentation
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Arabic
- Prior experience in collection or field-based roles
- Familiarity with UAE routes and locations
Benefits
- Monthly salary of AED 2,500 – 3,000
