Field Executive

Responsibilities

• Attend to call backs, routine maintenance, and code maintenance
• Ensure 100% service visit completion for RM & HK
• Perform repair activities as required
• Manage ACR (Audit Copy Return) and PCR (Pink copy return) documentation upon work completion
• Monitor elevators in compliance with WWJSSS standards
• Generate T leads and ensure PUI completion

Requirements

• Diploma or BE in Engineering
• 3-6 years of service experience within the elevator industry
• Strong routine maintenance and repair skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Assertive, proactive, and result-oriented mindset
