About the role
Responsibilities
- Review retail sales targets and performance of each door on a monthly basis
- Analyze business performance against sales objectives, trends, and competition
- Generate sales reports and ensure brand image/visual merchandising meets brand standards
- Coordinate and execute the setup of all promotions, in-store programs, and marketing activities
- Coach and direct Beauty Advisors (BAs) to achieve individual and team sales goals
- Monitor product trends and identify potential sales opportunities
- Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and managing BA headcount and productivity
- Train and develop Beauty Advisors through virtual learning tools and in-store coaching
- Conduct initial onboarding and training for new hires in lower-tier doors
- Spend a minimum of 70 percent of time in-store working directly with and coaching BAs
Requirements
- B.A. degree
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the travel retail industry
- Proven sales track record
- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel
- Strong organization, communication, and presentation skills
- Comfortable using virtual tools such as Zoom and Skype
- Willingness to travel
- Ability to display empathy, agility, and a "can-do" attitude
