Field Executive

Responsibilities

• Review retail sales targets and performance monthly with ASOM
• Analyze business performance against sales objectives, trends, and competition
• Generate sales reports and ensure brand image/visual merchandising meets luxury standards
• Coordinate and execute the setup of all promotions, in-store programs, and marketing activities
• Coach and motivate Beauty Advisors (BAs) to achieve individual and team sales goals
• Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and managing BA headcount and productivity
• Train Beauty Advisors on brand stories, hero products, and general selling skills
• Spend a minimum of 70 percent of time in-store providing hands-on coaching

Requirements

• B.A. degree
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in travel retail
• Proven track record in sales
• Proficiency in MS Office and Excel
• Strong organization, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to use virtual tools such as Zoom and Skype
• Willingness to travel
• Professional grooming standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the luxury fragrance or prestige beauty industry
• Experience coaching teams in a retail or travel retail environment
