About the role
Responsibilities
- Review retail sales targets and performance monthly with ASOM
- Analyze business performance against sales objectives, trends, and competition
- Generate sales reports and ensure brand image/visual merchandising meets brand standards
- Coordinate and execute the setup of all promotions, in-store programs, and marketing activities
- Coach and motivate Beauty Advisors (BAs) on selling skills, brand stories, and hero products
- Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and managing BA headcount and productivity
- Monitor product trends and identify potential sales opportunities
- Spend a minimum of 70 percent of time in-store working directly with and coaching BAs
Requirements
- B.A. degree
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience (preferably in travel retail)
- Proven sales track record
- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel
- Strong communication and presentation skills (comfortable with virtual tools like Zoom/Skype)
- Willingness to travel
- Ability to display empathy, agility, and a "can-do" attitude
