About the role

Responsibilities

  • Review retail sales targets and performance monthly with ASOM
  • Analyze business performance against sales objectives, trends, and competition
  • Generate sales reports and ensure brand image/visual merchandising meets brand standards
  • Coordinate and execute the setup of all promotions, in-store programs, and marketing activities
  • Coach and motivate Beauty Advisors (BAs) on selling skills, brand stories, and hero products
  • Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and managing BA headcount and productivity
  • Monitor product trends and identify potential sales opportunities
  • Spend a minimum of 70 percent of time in-store working directly with and coaching BAs

Requirements

  • B.A. degree
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience (preferably in travel retail)
  • Proven sales track record
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Excel
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (comfortable with virtual tools like Zoom/Skype)
  • Willingness to travel
  • Ability to display empathy, agility, and a "can-do" attitude
