About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance by reviewing retail targets and analyzing business trends vs. objectives
- Ensure brand image and visual merchandising align with brand standards at retail counters
- Coordinate and execute the setup of all promotions, in-store programs, and marketing activities
- Manage and coach Beauty Advisors (BAs) to achieve individual and team sales goals
- Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and managing BA headcount and productivity
- Train Beauty Advisors on brand stories, hero products, and advanced selling skills
- Monitor product trends and provide competitive intelligence to the sales and marketing teams
- Spend a minimum of 70 percent of time in-store providing hands-on coaching and support
Requirements
- B.A. degree
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the travel retail industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales objectives
- Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including comfort with virtual tools like Zoom or Skype
- Willingness to travel as required by the role
- Ability to display empathy, agility, and a "can-do" attitude
