Field Executive

Responsibilities

• Review retail sales targets and performance of each door on a monthly basis
• Analyze business performance against sales objectives, trends, and competition
• Generate sales reports and monitor product trends to identify sales opportunities
• Ensure brand image and visual merchandising align with brand standards at retail counters
• Coordinate and execute the setup of all promotions, in-store programs, and marketing activities
• Coach and develop Beauty Advisors (BAs) on selling skills, brand stories, and hero products
• Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and managing BA headcount and productivity
• Spend a minimum of 70 percent of time in-store working directly with and coaching BAs

Requirements

• B.A. degree
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the travel retail industry
• Proven sales track record
• Proficiency in MS Office and Excel
• Strong organization, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to use virtual tools such as Zoom and Skype
• Willingness to travel
• Professional grooming and a "can-do" attitude
