About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance by reviewing retail targets and analyzing business trends vs. objectives
- Ensure brand image and visual merchandising align with brand standards at retail counters
- Coordinate and execute the setup of all promotions, in-store programs, and marketing activities
- Coach and develop Beauty Advisors (BAs) on selling skills, brand stories, and hero products
- Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and managing BA headcount and productivity
- Monitor product trends and provide competitive intelligence to the sales and marketing teams
- Spend a minimum of 70 percent of time in-store working directly with and coaching BAs
Requirements
- B.A. degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Proven sales track record
- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including comfort with virtual tools like Zoom or Skype
- Willingness to travel to support various retail locations
- Ability to display empathy, agility, and a "can-do" attitude
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the travel retail industry
