About the role
Responsibilities
- Review retail sales targets and performance monthly with the ASOM
- Analyze business performance against sales objectives, trends, and competition
- Generate sales reports and monitor product trends to identify opportunities
- Ensure brand image and visual merchandising align with brand standards at retail counters
- Coordinate and execute the setup of promotions, in-store programs, and marketing activities
- Coach and motivate Beauty Advisors (BAs) on selling skills, brand stories, and productivity
- Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and managing BA headcount and staffing coverage
- Conduct training sessions via virtual tools and in-person meetings to improve customer experience
- Spend a minimum of 70 percent of time in-store working directly with and coaching BAs
Requirements
- B.A. degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience in the travel retail industry is preferred
- Proven track record in sales
- Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel
- Strong organization, communication, and presentation skills
- Comfortable using virtual tools such as Zoom and Skype
- Willingness to travel as required
- Ability to maintain high grooming standards and display agility with a "can-do" attitude
